Have stayed here many times and would definitely return here. My room included central heating, multi-channel television, and a small refrigerator. The location was good and absolutely perfect and I could use free parking nearby. Stores and convenience stores were right next door.

We greatly enjoyed rooms with a free pet. The hotel's location was particularly good and perfect, near to local restaurants and supplies, town places and price and a concrete "slope " going from the threshold down to the step/porch.

The staff - some of them were kind of rude.

The room was bright and immaculate with heaters unpainted as well as a free pet as expected. A microwave oven, coffee/tea making equipment and a fridge were a nice touch.

The hotel of choice in Gorham. Clean and popular property with amicable staff, really nice experience. A great selection of food at the good cheap breakfast. The rooms with a free pet. The most important - magnificent and amazing location close to everything. Based close to hiking trails and Pinkham notch, a concrete "slope " and restaurant next door. Well-maintained pool, parking nearby.

Warm rooms, comfy beds, convenient location, coffee machine, wifi, fridge in room. Good stay for friends.

Felt truly spoilt, nothing too much trouble.

The staff was friendly, location was easy to find and close to restaurants, the room was clean, and the water was HOT! It was nice to havea small refrigerator and microwave in the room for an extended stay. The heater was also VERY efficient, to the point we had to open the window and turn it off for a while.

I did not like that you had to go into the office for ice. The television was very small, and there was no alarm clock in the room. The bed was a little uncomfortable. It was a convenient place to stay, but not a spectacular hotel.

Location. Proximity to the Presidential range and Mount Washington.

Way too expensive, I got gouged because it was during peak period. The Shower didn't work in the morning because I'm assuming, inadequate water pressure. There was no microwave, or coffee maker in the room,.

the motor inn in gorham is even better than before. the upgrades are impressive, the bed is comfy, and the staff is great. i'll definitely return.

Ac took a while to cool.

We booked a king room with a double bed and enjoyed it.

It was the only room available within 25 miles of North Conway under $200/night. No real choice. And they do have free wifi.

The housekeeping staff does a good job (clean sheets, towels, etc.) but this is an ancient facility where everything is on its last legs.

The room smelled like a "cleaning agent" and there was no hot water and we had five showers to take!!!

We would definitely return here if staying in Gorham. The breakfast was good cheap, we appreciated variety of meals. It has a favourable location to a restaurant plus a great location for us to sto when travelling from Ontario to New Brunswick:)))

Truly enjoyed our stay at this quaint little and popular hotel, it was fine. The staff were amiable and accommodating and an absolute pleasure.

We stayed at a motel for our New England tour and found it to be adequate. The bed was comfortable and the room was warm with a good shower. Although the decor was dated, it didn't bother us. We didn't mind the room being closer to the road, but light sleepers might. it was a decent place to stay.
